Should there be an issue with the unit, we will gladly arrange for collection from your address within South Africa. We will inspect the unit to ascertain the cause of the failure. Should it be clear that mishandling or damages are due to misuse of the device, we will quote for repair as well as the cost of shipping to us and back to you.

Should it be an issue of workmanship and be within 6 months of order, we will gladly repair and return the unit at no cost.
