Any unopened and unused device may be returned. However, we have clearly and honestly detailed the device’s pros and cons on our website and do not offer refunds for used units.
We are capable of repairing any faults, and the cost of repairs rarely exceeds +-R300. This cost excludes shipping to and from your location if necessary, which totals R200 for shipping both ways. If you are able to drop off or collect the unit in the Northcliff Masjid area of Johannesburg, shipping costs can be avoided.
If there is an issue with your unit, we will gladly arrange collection from your address within South Africa. Upon inspection, if mishandling or damage due to misuse is evident, we will provide a quote for repair and the associated shipping costs.
For issues related to workmanship within 6 months of the order date, we will repair and return the unit at no cost.
